3 Tips to Get the Most Out of Your REVFIT Membership
Let's do this! Top 3 things to get the best out of your REVFIT membership:
Tip #1
The first one: make sure to eat protein. It is one of the biggest things I talk about with members! They'll go through all this strength training and then they'll hop onto our Inbody scanner, and then they'll realize they're losing weight, but they're losing muscle and weight and it just… ohhhh… it's so simple, just eat your protein.
I find out they're eating like 2 eggs a day and it's like….
You know, I'm sure you have a job that you have one task that you're just like, why can't you do this? That is mine. Just eat enough protein!
What we recommend is 1g per goal body weight. You do that, you're going to gain muscle mass or if you're trying to lose, you'll keep your muscle mass. Please, please, please eat your protein.
Tip #2
Get selfish when you get in here. I don't care about anyone else and I don't want you to either when you walk in the door. Take 50 minutes for you and this is your time to either rage out on a slam ball or have a good time. 50 minutes and check your day at the door. Don't bring it in with you.
Tip #3
Bring a friend! You are 95% more likely to accomplish a goal if you're doing it with someone else. Have an accountability partner. You have your REVFIT mobile app….you can text them a link for them to get their first session for free. Send that out!
