I want to get serious here for a second. If you don't know who I am, my name's Kevin. I'm one of the founders here at REVFIT and the Fitness Director. And I just want to talk about the best version of you.
I think often in the fitness world we're always thinking about aesthetics.
“I need to lose 20lbs and then I'll be happy.”
“I need to lose 50lbs and then I'll be happy.”
“I need to be able to do 5000 push ups and 400 pull-ups and then I'll be happy.”
But I have something for you today…
What if the best version of you has nothing to do with your body?
What if the best version of you has nothing to do with that goal that is just out there?
But what if that best version of you isn't someone in the future?
What if that best version of you is someone that showed up for themselves today?
If you took today and you were present.
You took today and realized that you are strong, you are able.
And maybe today you give yourself some grace.
I know this has nothing to do with REV. I know this has nothing to do with inviting you into a studio. But I made this video a while ago. I'm going to put it on the back end of this, and maybe it will ring true to you.
